Who we are

ifrsfinancialstatements.com is operated by MLR Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Germany ("we"). Contact: support@ifrsfinancialstatements.com.

What we process

• Account data — name, email address, authentication data (including optional two-factor secrets).
• Financial data you upload — trial balances, prior-year statements, and the financial statements and notes generated from them. This data belongs to you.
• Usage data — page views and product events, processed on the basis of consent where required.

Where your data lives

Application data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL) in the European Union. Uploaded documents and generated statements are stored in EU data centres.

AI processing

Trial-balance mapping and note drafting use Anthropic's Claude models as a processor. Content submitted for these features is processed to provide the service and is not used to train models.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Write to support@ifrsfinancialstatements.com. You can delete your account and all associated data from the settings page.
