ifrsfinancialstatements.com ("the Service"), operated by MLR Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Germany, generates draft IFRS financial statements and notes from trial balances you upload, using AI-assisted mapping and drafting.
The Service produces drafts. AI-generated mappings, statements, and notes can contain errors and omissions. You (or your professional adviser) remain solely responsible for reviewing outputs and for the compliance of any financial statements you approve, publish, or file. The Service does not constitute accounting, audit, tax, or legal advice.
You retain all rights to the data you upload and the statements generated from it. You warrant that you are entitled to process the data you upload. See the Privacy Policy for how data is processed.
No unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, no uploading of malicious content, and no use of outputs to mislead investors, authorities, or other statement users.
The Service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, and, for slight negligence, to breaches of essential contractual duties, capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
